I was completely taken aback today at Kinokuniya because of the efforts they went to in observing this most amusing day. It was amazing! The staff were all dressed up (eye patches, bedraggled pirate clothing and all), there was a International Talk Like a Pirate Day display near the entrance, and pirate music! It's enough to make any person's timbers shiver (ok, bad use of wording, I know).
